Cleaning up after yourself –
- Be considerate of others
Items to consider
- Do not leave your clothes, shoes, bags or other personal belongs in the living room or shared spaces.
- If you have long hair, please clean the shower drain.
- If you pee on the seat, come on, please just clean it up.
Quiet Hours & Maximum Usage
Quiet Time Hours from 10 PM – 8 AM
Maximum stays of 16 days per month
Entry to the Location
- Do not share your access code with anyone.
Behave Yourself
- Be respectful of others and not conduct unlawful or illegal acts. Everyone is expected to follow the House Rules.
Smoking
- Neither vaping nor smoking is permitted anywhere in the house/premise.
Lost or Stolen Items
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Bunk Assignments
- A bed will be assigned to you. Therefore, only use the bed that has been assigned to you. Bed preference goes by seniority.
Kitchen - Refrigerators, Cabinets & Food
- Cabinet and refrigerator’s space are labeled. Be considerate of people’s space.
- Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
- Wipe down counters and tabletops.
- It is truly very kind of you to use/fill the dishwasher, however everyone is expected to empty the dishwasher from time to time.
- Trash is picked up on Thursdays, thus I kindly ask that whoever is at the place ensure that the containers are wheeled to the front of the place.
Bedding & Linens
- You must bring your own bedding &linens.
Storage Space
- Be considerate with the closet space. Remember it’s not only you staying at the place!
Rent Payments & Deposit
- Payment required the 1st of the month.
Washer & Dryer Etiquette
Laundry hours from 8AM to 10PM
Cloth cannot be left unattended inside neither the washer nor the dryer. If so, cloth will be removed from the machine and placed in a basket.
General No-No’s & Things to Follow
- No overnight guests.
- Be considerate during TV time - volume and sharing.
- Turn off electronics when leaving.
- While in the rooms, please refrain from phone calls, as it might disturb your roommate sleep.
